She once described herself as a “proud Islamophobe”.

- Trump’s sentencing date rescheduled
- Voters will now head to the polls before former President Trump is sentenced in his New York hush-money case.
Friday, Justice Merchan moved the sentencing date from Sept. 18 to Nov. 26 to “avoid the appearance” that the decision “has been affected by or seeks to affect the approaching Presidential election.”
The rescheduling is a win for Trump’s legal team, which was pushing to delay on grounds of election interference. Trump said the “witch hunt” was postponed because “everyone realizes… I did nothing wrong”; prosecutors deferred to the judge’s timeline but noted that the jury “swiftly and unanimously convicted” Trump.
The GOP nominee’s legal calendar now looks clear. His Florida classified documents case was dismissed; the SCOTUS’s immunity ruling delayed the D.C. federal election interference case; and his Georgia election case is also stalled.

- Murder mystery a with real messed up wealthy family
September 9, 2024 • We all love a fancy wedding. The music, the flowers — the body washing up on the beach. At least that’s what happens in Netflix’s fun new thriller The Perfect Couple. Based on the novel by Elin Hilderbrand, the series stars Nicole Kidman as the matriarch of a wealthy Nantucket family that suddenly finds itself in the middle of a whodunit. And in this family, it seems like almost anybody could be guilty.
Really good murder mystery series movie.
